  • Any woman aged 18 and older who does not have a family doctor is eligible to become a client.

  • We maintain a waitlist and will contact prospective clients directly when a spot becomes available. Clients will have the opportunity to attend a meet-and-greet before committing to the clinic, where they can ask questions and ensure the clinic aligns with their needs.

  • There is an annual fee for services, and clients will have the option to pay monthly or quarterly. Pricing details will be discussed during the meet-and-greet, and an optional genetic screening package is also available for an additional fee.

  • The annual fee covers a variety of personalized services which are not covered by OHIP, ensuring comprehensive care that goes beyond the basics. These services include:

    • The ability to discuss multiple health concerns during appointments, with ample time provided so you won’t feel rushed.

    • The completion of all necessary paperwork, such as tax forms, insurance certificates, and third-party forms.

    • Annual health screenings and wellness exams, along with a preventative health focus.

    • Home and hospital visits, as well as comfort care, including same-day IV treatments for issues like migraines, and post-operative or post-natal support. If these visits are deemed medically necessary, they are covered under OHIP.

    • Prescription renewals without needing an appointment.

    • In-house bloodwork services for all tests, even those not covered by OHIP.

    • An inviting space with private waiting rooms, comfortable linens, and care from an all-women team.

    • In home breastfeeding and newborn support.

    • Health coaching services from specialized providers.

    • Women’s health focused seminars covering a wide range of topics.

    • In house medical-science liaison who will be reviewing medical articles and research, both old and new, to ensure information is relevant to women and can be applied in meaningful ways.

    A portion of our profits helps fund quality healthcare for women who might otherwise be unable to afford it.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as e-transfers. Payments can be made in person or online, but we do not accept cash or cheques.

  • Once you become a client, we will arrange an initial meet-and-greet to introduce our team and services, answer questions, and ensure that we can meet your needs. After you sign the client service agreement and pay the fee, we will schedule your intake, which includes a detailed health history, a comprehensive physical examination, and the development of a personalized care plan.

  • Yes, we can refer you to specialists as needed, and can prioritize female providers when requested.

  • No, this service is only available to women who do not currently have a family doctor.
